The registration fee includes:

Accompanying person

An accompanying person ticket is €100. This will include:

  • Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference

  • Admission to the Welcome Reception in EPIC Immigration Museum on Sunday 12th June 2022 (worth €70).

Excursion

Please note the excursion to the Orchard Centre on Tuesday 14th June 2022 is not included in your registration fee and will be an additional €40 per person. 

Gala Dinner

Please note the Gala Dinner in Law Society of Ireland on Wednesday 15th June 2022 is not included in your registration fee and will be an additional €50 per person.  

Visa Letters

Delegates requiring a Visa letter/invitation letter can email the request to icp2022@abbey.ie.

Please note that visa letters will only be provided for delegates who have paid for their registration in full.

CVE Credits

The Veterinary Council of Ireland has approved the 15th International Association for Paratuberculosis Colloquium 2022 for 26 CVE Credits.

Low to Middle income countries/Student rates

Delegates selecting the Low to Middle income country or student rate must be from one of the LMIC countries below or upload proof of a valid student ID at the time of registration.

Terms and Conditions of Registration

Registration Cancellation

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to ICP2022@abbey.ie or in writing to Abbey Conference & Events at the address below.

  • For cancellations received before 11 April 2022 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted.

  • After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund. 

  • Substitutions are welcome

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 and will not be out of your isolation period prior to your travel date/start of the conference, or if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you must not attend the conference. In these circumstances notice of cancellation must be sent by email ICP2022@abbey.ie prior to the conference and a refund will be granted, minus a €50 administration charge. 

  • In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

 

Liability Waiver
 

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The ICP 2022 organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
